As an experienced Integrative Counsellor, I work with kindness and compassion helping clients overcome a variety of issues. I provide a confidential non-judgement space to explore what is needed for you, in your own time. 


I use different theories and methods in counselling, to give you the space and time to enable you to have a deeper understanding of yourself, and how your earlier experiences have shaped you. Through this awareness comes first the ability to evaluate and reflect on the origin of your current problem, and then the freedom to make positive change.


You are always at the centre of our work, and we will regularly review progress towards your therapeutic goal.

 

We can also work creatively with different therapeutic materials and techniques, which is useful when clients seem stuck, or to understand a different perspective.


I am LGBQT+ affirmative in my approach, having undergone further training. I can support individuals who may want to seek help with gender identity, their sexuality and support with coming-out.
