Zoe Boylan
Humanistic Counsellor

I support clients that are experiencing stress, anxiety, feeling stuck, sadness or loss, understanding attachment patterns in relationships, and to develop more confidence.
Challenging times can cause frustration, anxiety and sadness, particularly when we feel unable to work them out ourselves. It can feel like a constant struggle.
I work with kindness and compassion helping clients overcome a variety of issues. I provide a confidential non-judgement space to explore what is needed.
I bring in different theories and methods in the counselling process, to enable a deeper understanding. Through this awareness comes first the ability to evaluate and reflect on the origin of your current problem, and then the freedom to make positive change.
We can work creatively with different therapeutic materials and techniques. This is useful when feeling stuck, or not being able to put feelings into words.
I am LGBQT+ affirmative in my approach, having undergone further training. I can support individuals who may want support with gender identity, their sexuality and support with coming-out.
I also provide Couples Counselling, supporting couples to navigate whatever stage their relationship is in.
I am also a specialised Fertility Counsellor - please see my specific page on this for more detail.
Please contact me to discuss how Counselling can support you. I will respond to your initial email within 2 days.
